We need as much help as we can get :) If you would like to volunteer at Boston Harbor, please sign up here:

racing is expensive - we have a fund for that.

breakfast wants to help cut costs with a fund to support our local peloton

We know bike racing is expensive and getting started can be intimidating. Locally and beyond, these barriers prevent the sport from growing in numbers and in diversity of the participants. Breakfast wants to help change that.

Team members contribute optional, income-based dues that are set aside to help support other racers, both on the team and in the community. It’s our way of saying that you are welcome here and we mean it.

Are you a WTFNB and/or BIPOC bike rider for whom monetary support could help make bike racing more accessible?

Apply to the Breakfast Racer Support Fund

You must:

  • be WTFNB (women trans femme or non-binary) and/or BIPOC (a person of color)

  • reside in the Seattle-ish region*

To be eligible for funding, the event you request support for must be:

  • conducted solely on a bicycle (no multi-sport / triathlon)

  • insured by some kind of 3rd party (no alley cats)

  • competitive in nature with finishing times/placement/results (no charity rides or group rides)

  • happening sometime in the next 12 months

*While you must reside in the Seattle area, the race can be anywhere, as long as it meets the above criteria.
